Our bak kwa is made by hand every day in our central kitchen in Singapore. Every single piece of Bak Kwa is made with love and pride. We will not compromise on the quality of ingredients and production process. We source for the best meats and ingredients around the world with food safety in mind.

Innovation is what excites Shining as it does for our customers too. We constantly experiment with new flavours of Bak Kwa. For example, we have successfully produce Pineapple-flavoured Bak Kwa and Mushroom-infused Bak Kwa.
